How does storage work?
After each use, we can take care of transport, cleaning and inspection of your systems upon request. The products are then stored professionally and dry in our service halls.
Can I retrieve my products at any time?
Yes, all systems are individually marked and can be made available or shipped at short notice for the next assignment.
What happens in the event of damage?
Minor damage is repaired immediately, while we consult with you in advance regarding larger repairs — including cost transparency and documentation.
Can older inflatables be converted or adapted?
Yes, existing systems can often be adapted technically or visually — for example, with new branding areas, color concepts or structural modifications.
What exactly does rebranding mean?
If your logo or corporate design changes, we will replace the branding areas and bring your inflatable up to date with your brand.
